Strategic Account Manager - Germany (m/f/d)


Position Overview and Responsibilities

  • To manage $3M approx. territory with high degree of autonomy
  • Achieve/exceed sales quota and strategic objectives expectations
  • To protect and expand the existing Strategic OEM Customer base in the Aerospace & Defense, Transportation & Industrial segments and Channel Partners
  • Proactively leads account planning process
  • Represent the entire range of ITT CCT Connectors products and services 
  • Structured communication on Voice of the Customer and competitive intelligence
  • Leads design-in activities leveraging on all functions and resources such as engineering support, customer service, product and executive management, and sales/segment management
  • Actively participate in any team-based projects and reviews, to be held at ITT Sites
  • Provide market intelligence to ensure an understanding of market and competitors’ dynamic
  • Masters Sales Process per CRM system and Reporting Practices
  • Frequent travel requested, 50% approx

Education, Knowledge, Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline
  • Front-end experience (Account Manager or Field Sales or Product/Application Specialist) in the Transportation, Industrial,  Military & Aerospace connector industry
